In the highly-anticipated sequel to “Madagascar,” Alex, Marty, Melman, Gloria, King Julien, Maurice and the penguins and the chimps find themselves marooned on the distant shores of Madagascar.

In the face of this obstacle, the New Yorkers have hatched a plan so crazy it just might work. With military precision, the penguins have repaired an old crashed plane—sort of. Once aloft, this unlikely crew stays airborne just long enough to make it to the wildest place of all—the vast plains of Africa, where the members of our zoo-raised crew encounter species of their own kind for the very first time. Africa seems like a great place…but is it better than their Central Park home?

October 31

Halloween is nearing and already there are gloomy incidents happening...

Have you ever wondered on its history? well in wikipedia :
i know some of you would skip this part ... not much of a reader eh?

Halloween has its origins in the ancient Celtic festival known as Samhain (Irish pronunciation: [ˈsˠaunʲ]; from the Old Irish samain).[1] The festival of Samhain is a celebration of the end of the harvest season in Gaelic culture, and is sometimes [2] regarded as the "Celtic New Year".[3] Traditionally, the festival was a time used by the ancient pagans to take stock of supplies and slaughter livestock for winter stores.

The ancient Gaels believed that on October 31, now known as Halloween, the boundary between the alive and the deceased dissolved, and the dead become dangerous for the living by causing problems such as sickness or damaged crops. The festivals would frequently involve bonfires, into which bones of slaughtered livestock were thrown. Costumes and masks were also worn at the festivals in an attempt to mimic the evil spirits or placate them.[4][5]

well in short :
for Roman Catholics its like All Saints Day
for Protestants its like Reformation Day :a day of remembrance and a time to pray..

Lemme help you paste what you would have click in wikipedia
Here goes:

Fundamentalist variety, are concerned about Halloween, and reject the holiday because they believe it trivializes (and celebrates) “the occult” and what they perceive as evil.[51] A response among some fundamentalists in recent years has been the use of Hell houses or themed pamphlets (such as those of Jack T. Chick) which attempt to make use of Halloween as an opportunity for evangelism.[52] Some consider Halloween to be completely incompatible with the Christian faith[53] due to its origin as a Pagan "festival of the dead." In more recent years, the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Boston has organized a "Saint Fest" on the holiday.[52]

Some Wiccans feel that the tradition is offensive to "real witches" for promoting stereotypical caricatures of "wicked witches".[54] However, other Neopagans[who?], perhaps most of them, see it as a harmless holiday in which some of the old traditions are celebrated by the mainstream culture, albeit in a different manner.

...I do know some portray themselves like wizards and witches , spell bound by glut, twisted temptations and irrefutable beliefs then they would leave you in suspense, and plots only to destroy you, rob you and in the end murder you. so better watch out when you are invited to their Halloween parties cos "who cares!" ,"..does it matter ? "and"wt * " ..heehe left it (*) for ya to express whatever it may be.

always leads to a glooomyyyy end....

to be grouchy or not?

tired-tired-tiredddddd of ....chores, assignments, duties, exams...sigh.....
few more weeks to go and woohooo!!! no more grouchy-days.so sucky when all your work turns you over to only more co$tly adjustments.

oh well some days aren't a breather so why pay so much attention to its gloominess when there will be days we shape the happier-endings?

- - guess .. its a 'grouchy not ' :P

here are some tips from : lover, besties, websites..
which
may work out on grouchy days..

1.Shuffle. hahaha...

2.Treat yourself with something cold & sweeeeet. eg. ice-cream!... " I scream!"

3. Sleep.Shut everyone, everything downnnn.z z z z zzzzzzz

4.Jog back to good memories.“relive” those experiences. Memory works in that the more you think about something, the more it becomes ingrained in your mind.

5.Exercise! it releases endorphins which immediately makes you feel better. It gives you a long term healthy habit to go to whenever you feel unhappy.

6.MOoooovies!Silly shows helps. :))))

7.Look forward for a new tomorrow. :P
