sticky bills

this morning i saw many bills and posters, on abandoned buildings, trees, traffic lights and even street signs and im wondering where are the 'officers in charge' ?
do they really look out for the community?
cos we are talking about loans, adverts with handphone numbers, services and other details.
it leaves me to think that probably in every bill, posters and authorities were looped 'in the same organization'.

there was a film i watched called the 'american gangster'.
it based on a true story in America back in the 1970s.
A detective works to bring down the drug empire of Frank Lucas, a heroin kingpin from Manhattan, who is smuggling the drug into the country from the Far East.the scenes to eradicate corrupt officers involved in the circle of events was my favorite. man, how often do we see heroes like them, with such patience, wit, foresight and charisma in the stand for justice?

there were local heroes i admired - - -their eloquence, wisdom and leadership skills.
sadly for some , when they reach the crucial peak of a radical change, these leaders somehow resigned their post or are threatened in a game of plots.

some article annouces that they they were framed while others commented that it was pure blunder.im not sure how true were the reports but i guess as long as you are holding positions in between aces and kings, you can be sure to ace your way up for the empire unlike the joker's demented or inane remarks on the colors of the skies?

anyways, there will be many desperate 'gamblers' in the pursuit for temporal happiness.

sticky bills.

where in it lies not just 'service' numbers but the count of many innocent lives being victimized.
